This website does not use advertising trackers. If you submit the contact form we collect the name, role, email, phone, organization, and message you provide, and use it only to respond to your request. Please do not include protected health information in the form.
When a facility becomes a customer, CarePulse acts as a HIPAA business associate under a signed Business Associate Agreement. We connect to customer systems with read-only access and collect the minimum data necessary to produce the analytics described in the service agreement. For phone systems we collect call metadata only, never recordings. For email we collect message metadata only, never message bodies or attachments. For electronic health records we use read-only, customer-authorized API scopes that the customer can revoke at any time.
Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the United States, and protected by role-based access controls and audit logging. Access by CarePulse staff is limited to what is needed to deliver and support the service.
Customer data is retained for the term of the agreement plus the period specified in the Business Associate Agreement, then securely deleted. Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months.
